Heavy Duty Flatcar / 02

I have added the weathering effect on the deck by airbrushing. Jerry cans are the product made from Tamiya and fuel drums are made from Grandt Line and Tamiya. These detail parts were weathered by Bragdon weathering powder.

Rooster

I have added the rooster between disconnects on my tankcar #5. The rooster is made from code83 rail. I did not fix the rooster by the coupler pin for keeping the free rotation of the trucks.
Thanks, Bill!

Easy Logging Flat Car

I have built the disconnect log cars before. Hardware parts are C.H.B. This time I decided to make a homemade flat car using these cars. Project is simple and easy. I made the floor from 8 pieces of 6x10 basswood and attached this on the bunk.
I have to add bolt-nut detail and some loads of course.

SHAY 26t / 01

I have started the modification of my 26ton shay which was assembled from PSC kit several years ago. Now I am planning to add/change some parts and DCC sound.
Upper photo shows the present condition.
